Ingredients

  • Gram flour(baisan) 1 cup
  • Yougurt  ½ kg
  • Water 4 cups
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Redchilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Tomatoes 2 blended
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Fritters(pakoray ingredients)
  • Gram flour(baisan)1 cup
  • Onion 2 medium
  • Potato 2
  • Fresh coriander
  • Spinach
  • Greenchillies 2-3
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Redchilli powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

Tadka

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Button redchillies 7-8
  •  

Directions

1In a bowl add Yougurt  ½ kg whisk add Gram flour(baisan) 1 cup and Water 4 cups mix well set aside.In a pan add oil ½ cup Onion 1 medium cook until translucent add Ginger garlic 1 tsp, Tomatoes 2 blended, Salt 1 tsp,Redchilli powder 1 tsp,Turmeric powder 1 tsp cook until oil separates.add prepared mixture let it boil and then cook on low flame for 3hrs.

 

2Pakora procedure in a bowl add Onion 2 medium, Potato 2, Fresh coriander, Spinach, Greenchillies 2-3

 

3Salt 1 tsp, Redchilli powder 1 tsp, Chilli flakes 1 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp mix add Gram flour(baisan)1 cup mix Water as required heat oil and fry pakora until crispy and golden brown.now add pakorda in kadhi.

Tadka in a frying pan add oil ½ cup,add cumin 1 tsp and button red chillies and mix. now add tadka on kadhi ready to serve.
