Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken mince
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 small chopped
  • Capsicum ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Redchilli powder ½ tsp
  • Chilli flakes ½ tsp
  • Wate ¼ cup
  • Roll sheets
  • All purpose flour water
  • Egg 1
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chilli flakes ½ tsp
  • Cheese as required

Directions

1In a pan add Oil 2 tbsp Onion 1 small chopped fry until translucent add 400gm chicken mince  cook until color changes then add Ginger garlic 1 tsp cook for  2 mins add Salt ½ tsp,Redchilli powder ½ tsp,Chilli flakes ½ tsp mix well add Wate ¼ cup cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 mins or  until done. Add Capsicum ½ cup set a side.

 

2beat 1 egg add Salt ½ tsp,Chilli flakes ½ tsp mix.

 

3In 4tbsp all purpose flour add water and mix to form smooth paste.

take roll sheet add add chicken mince filling add egg add cheese apply all purpose paste on all sides top another with another sheet fold sides.seal with the help of folk.heat oil and fry both side until golden brown.
