Masala biryani is a popular rice dish that is rich in flavor and aroma. This dish is typically made by cooking rice with a blend of spices, and meat. It is a one-pot meal that is perfect for a family gathering, special occasions.

Ingredients

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • 2 medium onion(fried )
  • Tomatoes  4 blended
  • Giger garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Redchilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Biryani masala 3 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Rice ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black cardamom
  • Green cardamom
  • Cumin
  • Black peppercorn
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • water as required.
  • Fried onion
  • Fresh coriander
  • Green chillies
  • Yellow food color ½ tsp
  •  

Directions

1In a pan add water, salt 1 tsp, ghee 2 tbsp Black cardamom ,Green cardamom ,Cumin Black peppercorn, cinnamon stick let it boil add ½ kg rice and boil until 50%done then strain and set a side.

2In a pan add oil ½ cup Giger garlic 1 tsp saute add Chicken ½ kg cook until color changes  add2 medium onion(fried ) mix add Salt 1 tsp, Redchilli powder 1 tsp,Turmeric powder 1 tsp,Biryani masala 3 tbsp mix well add Tomatoes  4 blended cover and cook on medium flame until done.

In a pan add ½ rice, prepared chicken fried onion, fresh coriander,green chillies,  again add remaining rice , fried onion, fresh coriander,green chillies, 1/2 tsp yellow foodcolor cover and steam cook on a low flame for 15 mins.ready to serve
