Ingredients
- Chicken 1kg
- Rice ½ kg
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion 2 (fried and blended)
- Tomatoes 4(blended)
- Ginder garlic 1tbsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Redchilli powder 1tsp
- Turmeric 1/2tsp
- Biryani masala 4tbsp
- Tikka masala 4 tbsp
- Fresh coriander
- Green chillies 2-3
- Yellow food color ½ tsp.
Directions
1In Chicken 1kg add Yogurt ½ cup , Tikka masala 4 tbsp,oil 4tbsp mix well let it marinate for 2hours.add marinated chicken in a pan cover and let it cook on medium flame until done.give coal smoke for 2mins.
2In a pan add Oil ½ cup, Ginder garlic 1tbsp saute for 2mins,add Onion 2 (fried and blended), Salt 1tsp,Redchilli powder 1tsp,Turmeric 1/2tsp,Biryani masala 4tbsp mix add Tomatoes 4(blended) cover and cook until oil separates.
3In a pan add water, salt 1 tsp, ghee 2 tbsp Black cardamom ,Green cardamom ,Cumin Black peppercorn, cinnamon stick let it boil add ½ kg rice and boil until 50%done then strain and set a side.

In a pan add ½ rice, prepared masala fried onion, fresh coriander,green chillies, again add remaining rice , fried onion, fresh coriander,green chillies, 1/2 tsp add prepared chicken tikka yellow foodcolor cover and steam cook on a low flame for 15 mins.ready to serve
