Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 1kg
  • Yogurt 4tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 2tbsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Sauce ingredients
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Zeera powder 1tsp
  • Oregano 1/2tsp
  • Chilli garlic ketchup 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Topping
  • Cheese

Directions

1In Boneless chicken 1kg add Yogurt 4tbsp Tandoori masala 2tbsp mix well let it marinate for 1hour.In a pan add Oil 2tbsp add marinated chicken cover and cook until done.

 

2In a pan add Oil 2tbsp add Onion 1 medium cook until translucent add Tomatoes 2, Salt 1tsp, Red chilli powder 1tsp, Zeera powder 1tsp, Oregano 1/2tsp, Sugar 1tbsp, Water 1 cup cover and cook for 10mins add Chilli garlic ketchup 1tbsp mix let it cool and grind.

 

3on tortilla spread sauce add cooked chicken add cheese and roll.prepare5-6.

on baking dish add and spread prepared sauce,place prepared rolls,add sauce,add cheese.Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 10mins..ready to serve.
