- Oil 1/3 cup
- Tomato 4(blended)
- Salt 1tsp
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Ginger garlic 1tsp
- Water 2glass
- Whole spice powder 1tsp
- Green chillies
- Fresh coriander
Directions
In a pan add Oil 1/3 cup add Ginger garlic 1tsp saute for 5secs add Mutton 1kg fry until color changes add Tomato 4(blended), Salt 1tsp, Red chilli powder 1tsp cook until oil separates add Water 2glass cover and let it cook on low flame for 40mins or until done.add Whole spice powder 1tsp, Green chillies, Fresh coriander ready to serve.
