Ingredients

  • Gurday 1kg
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 blended tomatoes
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Whole spice powder 1 tsp
  • ¼ cup water

Directions

1In Gurday 1kg add Turmeric powder 1tsp,Chilli flakes 1tsp,Ginger garlic 1tsp mix well let it marinate for 30mins.In a pan add oil add marinated gurday cook for 15mins.

Procedure In a pan add Oil 1 cup, 1 medium onion fried add Ginger garlic 1 tbsp mix add Beef mince 1 kg and cook until changes color and water dries then add 2 blended tomatoes, Salt 1 tsp, Red chilli powder 1 tsp,Turmeric powder 1 tsp,Coriander powder 1 tsp mix well and cook until water dries then add prepared gurday add ¼ cup water cover and cook on medium flame for 15mins.add Whole spice powder 1 tsp mix ready to serve.
