- Carrots 2kg
- Milk 2kg
- Sugar 1 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Almonds as required
- Khoya 400g
Directions
In pan add Carrots 2kg milk 2litre mix and cook on medium flame uncovered until milk reduce and starts to evaporate add sugar when milk is evaporated mix well In a pan add ghee heat and cook on low flame for 20mins until ghee separates. Add almonds and khoya ready to serve.
