Hari chutney
- Coriander 1 cup
- Mint ½ cup
- Garlice 3 cloves
- Green chillies 2-3
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1tsp
- Zeera powder 1tsp
- Water ¼ cup
Imli chutney
- Imli pulp 1cup
- Coriander 1cup
- Mint ½ cup
- Salt 1tsp
- Redchilli powder 1tsp
- Sugar 3tbsp
Khati methi imli chutney
- Imli pulp 1cup
- Jaggery 4tbsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Redchilli powder 1tsp
- Zeera powder 1tsp

In bowl add Coriander 1 cup,Mint ½ cup,Garlic 3 cloves ,Green chillies 2-3,Salt ½ tsp,Lemon juice 1tsp,Zeera powder 1tsp,Water ¼ cup blend well.ready to serve can be stored in a fridge for 1 month.
2In a bowl add Imli pulp 1cup,Coriander 1cup,Mint ½ cup,Salt 1tsp,Redchilli powder 1tsp,Sugar 3tbsp blend well.

In a pan add Imli pulp 1cup,Jaggery 4tbsp,Salt 1tsp,Redchilli powder 1tsp,Zeera powder 1tsp and cook for 5mins on low flame until thickens.
