  • Beef mince 1kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4-5
  • 3 medium onion
  • Salt 1 tbsp.
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  • Whole spice powder
  • Kofta masala 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for frying

  • Rice half kg
  • Onion 1(fried)
  • Tomatoes 3(blended)
  • Ginger garlic 1tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Redchilli powder 1tsp
  • Pulao masala 1tbsp(optional)
  • Whole spice 1tsp
  • Yogurt 3tbsp
  • Ghee 2tbsp
  • Water 4 glass
  • Green chillies

Directions

In a 1kg beef mince add Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Green chillies 4-5, 3 medium onion, Salt 1 tbsp, Red chilli powder 1 tbsp, Turmeric powder 1 tbsp, Coriander powder 1 tbsp, Chilli flakes 1 tbsp, Whole spice powder 1 tsp, kofta masala 2 tbsp ,1 egg mix well and make balls.In a pan add oil and fry meat balls.

In a pan add Ghee 2tbsp Ginger garlic 1tbsp saute add Onion 1(fried),whole spice, Tomatoes 3(blended) add Salt 2 tsp,Redchilli powder 1tsp,Pulao masala 1tbsp(optional) cook until oil separates add fried kofta mix add yogurt cook for 10mins add Water 4 glass when water boils add Rice half kg cook on high flame until water reduce to half add green chillies cover and steam cook on low flame for 15mins ready to serve.
