Ingredients

  • Boneless beef ½ kg (boiled)
  • Onion 2 (fried)
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Biryani masala 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Rice ½ kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black cardamom
  • Green cardamom
  • Cumin
  • Black peppercorn
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • water as required.
  • Fried onion
  • Fresh coriander
  • Green chillies

Directions

In a pan add water, salt 1 tsp, ghee 2 tbsp Black cardamom ,Green cardamom ,Cumin Black peppercorn, cinnamon stick let it boil add ½ kg rice and boil until 50%done then strain and set a side.

2In a pan add Oil ¼ cup, Onion 2 (fried), Ginger garlic 1 tbsp cook for 2 mins add Boneless beef ½ kg  (boiled) cook for 5 mins add Tomatoes 4, Salt 1 tsp,Red chilli powder 1 tsp,Biryani masala 2tbsp mix well cook for 10mins until soft and oil separates.

In a pan add ½ rice,add prepared beef masala, remaining rice, , fried onion, fresh coriander,green chillies, 1/2 tsp yellow foodcolor cover and steam cook on a low flame for 15 mins.ready to serve.
