Ingredients

  • Fenugreek(methi)1 kg
  • Water as required
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes blended 2
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Potatoes 3
  • Green chillies 2-3

Directions

1In a pan add water add fenugreek boil it for 5-8mins.

In a pan add oil ½ cup add onion 1 fry until translucent add ginger garlic 1 tsp Tomatoes blended 2 Salt 1 tsp,Red chilli powder 1 tsp,Turmeric powder 1 tsp cover and cook until oil separates.add potates 3 water ½ cup and cook then add 1 kg boiled fenugreek(methi)cover and cook on low flame for 10 mins.add  whole spice masala 1 tsp,butter 1 tbsp, green chillies 2-3 cover and steam cook on low flame for 2 mins  ready to serve.
