- Egg 3
- Salt ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Onion medium chopped 1
- Tomatoes 2 blended
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Redchilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Whole spice masala 1tsp
- Green chillies 2-3
- Fresh coriander
- Oil 4tbsp
Directions
1In 3 eggs add Salt ½ tsp,Chilli flakes ½ tsp whisk well and setaside.

In a pan add Oil 4tbsp, Onion medium chopped 1 fry until until golden brown add Ginger garlic 1 tsp mix Tomatoes 2 blended Salt 1 tsp,Redchilli powder 1 tsp,Turmeric ½ tsp cook until oil separates add eggs and cook for 5 mins add Whole spice masala 1tsp, Green chillies ,Fresh coriander.ready to serve.
