Ingredients
- Chicken boneless 1kg
- Yogurt 4tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Tikka masala 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 1 t6sp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Coal for smoke
Vegetables ingredients
- Carrot 1
- Capsicum 1
- Cabbage 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chilli sauce 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
Rice ingredients
- Rice boiled 1/2 kg
- ghee 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
- Sauce ingredients
- 4 tbsp chilli garlic ketchup
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
Directions
1In a 1 kg boneless chicken add Yogurt 4tbsp, Ginger garlic 1 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Tikka masala 2 tbsp, Vinegar 1tsp, Soya sauce 1 tsp, Chilli sauce 1 tsp mix well and marinate for 30mins.in a pan add oil 2 tbsp marinated chicken cover and cook on low flame for 10-12 mins or until done. Give coal smoke for 2 mins.
2In a pan add Oil 1 tsp, add Carrot 1 cook for 5sec then add Capsicum 1 cook for 5 sec in the end add Cabbage 1 cup, Salt 1/2 tsp,Black pepper 1/2 tsp,Chilli sauce 1 tsp, Soya sauce 1 tsp mix and set aside.
3In a pan add 1tbsp ghee 1 tsp garlic saute the add ½ kg boiled rice, Salt 1/2 tsp, Black pepper1/2 tsp Soya sauce 1 tsp, Vinegar 1 tsp, Yellow food color 1/4 tsp cover and cook on low flame for 2mins.
4In a bowl add 4 tbsp chilli garlic ketchup, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp chilli sauce mix well.
Step assembling: In a serving dish add rice, vegetables prepared chicken in the end add sauce ready to serve.
