Bhindi, also known as okra, is a green vegetable that is commonly used .Bhindi is a versatile vegetable that can be cooked in a variety of ways. It is often used in curries and stir-fries,bhindi is often paired with spices such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric to create flavorful dishes.

Ingredients

  • Bhindi(okra) 1/2kg
  • Onion 2 medium(fried)
  • Tomatoes 3 medium(blended)
  • garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Redchillipowder 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander
  • Green chillies 3-4
  • Oil for frying

Directions

1In a pan add oil add Bhindi(okra) 1/2kg fry for 5 mins and set aside.

In a pan add oil 2tbsp add garlic 1 tsp saute add Tomatoes 3 medium (blended), Salt 1tsp,Redchillipowder 1tsp mix and cook until oil seperates.add fried bhindi(okra), Onion 2 medium(fried), Chat masala 1tsp Fresh coriander ,Green chillies 3-4 cover and steam cook on low flame for 2mins.ready to serve.
