- Brain(mutton) 3 small
- Water 3cups
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Onion 1 chopped
- Ginger garlic 1tsp
- Tomato 2
- Salt 1tsp
- Redchilli powder 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1tsp
- Oil 6tbsp
- Fresh coriander
- Green chillies

In a boiling water add turmeric1tsp add brain and boil for few minutes.take out brain and de-vein them gently.

In a pan add Oil 6tbsp, Onion 1 chopped fry until translucent add Ginger garlic 1tsp,saute add Tomato 2 and cook until they are soft add water 3tbsp Salt 1tsp,Redchilli powder 1tsp,Turmeric powder 1tsp mix add brain and cook for 8mins until oil separates add Fresh coriander ,Green chillies.ready to serve.
