Ingredients

  • Baisan (gram flour) 1 cup
  • Redchilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Water as required

Stuffing ingredients

  • Potato 2(boiled)
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1tsp
  • Chaat masala 1tsp
  • Bread slices 8

Directions

1In a bowl add Baisan (gram flour) 1 cup, Redchilli powder 1 tsp, Salt 1tsp add water and make a batter of desired frequency.

 

2Potato 2(boiled& mashed) add Salt 1tsp,Chilli flakes 1tsp,Chaat masala 1tsp mix well.cut the edges of slices.spread potato filling cover this filling with another slice. cut the stuffed slice into triangle slices.

add oil,Dip the slices in baisan batter and fry until golden brown,ready to serve.
