Ingredients

  • 1/2  kg rice
  • Boiled Chickpeas 1 cup
  • onion medium 1
  • tomatoes medium 2
  • ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 1/2  tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2  tsp
  • Water 3 glass
  • Cinnamon stick 1
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Cardamom 2
  • Black peppercorns and cloves
  • Cumin seeds 1/4  tsp
  • Green chillies 3-4
  •  

Directions

In a pan add Ghee 3 tbsp onion medium 1 fry until golden brown then add ginger garlic 2 tsp Mix then add 2 medium  tomatoes and cover and cook for 5 mins then add Cinnamon stick 1 ,Black cardamom 1, Cardamom 2 ,Black peppercorns and cloves, Cumin seeds 1/4  tsp and, ,water 2 tbsp  yogurt 4 tbsp ,Red chilli powder 1/2  tsp mix well and  cover and cook until water dries add boiled chick peas  mix well add Water 3 glass, Salt 1 1/2  tsp mix  let it boil then add soaked rice ½ kg and cook on medium flame until water is reduced to ½ cup Green chillies 3-4  cover and steam cook on low flame for 15 mins.ready to serve.
