Ingredients

  • Potato 3(boiled and mashed)
  • Chicken 1cup(boiled and shredded)
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Chaat masala 1tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying

Directions

1In Potato 3 (boiled and mashed) add Chicken 1cup(boiled and shredded), Capsicum 1, Carrot 1, Salt 1tsp, Red chilli powder 1tsp, Chaat masala 1tsp mix well.take mixture and make kababs of equal size.

add oil, dip kababs  into egg and coat with bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
