Chicken vegetable rolls are a delicious and healthy snack or appetizer that are perfect for any occasion. These rolls are made by wrapping a mixture of chicken and vegetables, then lightly frying them until they are crispy and golden.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes 3 ( boiled and mashed)
  • Chicken(boiled and shredded) 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Cheese ½ cup
  • Water as required
  • All purpose flour 4 tbsp
  • Roll sheets
  • Oil for frying

Directions

In a pan add Butter 1 tbsp add Chicken(boiled and shredded) 1 cup saute then add Carrot 1

Cook for 5 mins add Capsicum 1 cook for 3 mins then add Potatoes 3 ( boiled and mashed) mix add Salt 1 tsp,Black pepper 1 tsp,Chilli flakes 1 tsp,Soya sauce 1 tsp,Chilli sauce 1 tsp,Vinegar 1 tsp,Cheese ½ cup mix well and setaside.

 

2In 4tbsp all purpose flour add water and mix to form smooth paste.

 

3 take roll sheet add filling fold both sides apply all purpose flour paste and fold it.

In a pan heat oil fry rolls until golden brown.ready to serve.
