Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • Water as required
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Oil 2tsp
  • Bone chicken 1/2kg
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1tsp vinegar
  • 1tsp soya sauce
  • 1tsp chilli sauce
  • 4tbsp chilli garlic ketchup
  • ½ tsp crushed red chilli
  • Garlic chopped 1 clove
  • 1cup carrot
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • 2tbsp vinegar
  • 2tbsp soya sauce
  • 2tbsp chilli sauce
  • Egg 1
  • Roll sheets as required.

Directions

1In a boiling water add 1tsp salt 2tsp oil and spaghetti and boil until tender(7-10 mins) strain it and rinse with tap water.

 

2In bowl add boneless chicken ½ kg,1/2 tsp salt,1/2 tsp black pepper,1/2 tsp chilli flakes ,1tsp soya sauce,1tsp vinegar,1tsp chilli sauce mix well and set aside.

 

3In pan add 2tsp oil and chopped garlic clove saute it for 30secs and then add marinated chicken and cook for 5-8 mins on medium flame or until done then add 1 carrot cook for 1min and 1 capsicum add salt ½ tsp,black pepper1/2 tsp,1/2 tsp chilli flakes ,soya sauce2 tbsp,2 tbsp vinegar,2 tbsp chilli sauce,4tbsp chilli garlic ketchup mix well add boiled spaghetti mix well on high flame.

take a roll sheets add filling and fold both sides brush egg  and fold it. Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
