Ingredients
- Mince 1 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Fried onion 1 medium
- Ginger garlic green chilli paste 1 tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Whole spice powder (garm masala) 1/2 tsp
- Cumin& coriander 1 tsp
- Fenugreek (kasuri methi) 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli 2-3
Directions
1Marination In 1 kg mince add Yogurt 1 cup, Ginger garlic green chilli paste 1 tbsp, Fried onion 1 medium, Salt 1 tsp, Red chilli powder 1tsp, Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp, Whole spice powder (garm masala) 1/2 tsp, Cumin& coriander 1 tsp, mix well and marinate for 30 mins.

In a pan add Oil 1/2 cup marinated mince cover and cook on low flame for 25-30mins or until mince is done then cook on high flame for 6-8 mins. Then add fenugreek( kasuri methi ), green chillies, fresh coriander, give coal smoke for 2-3mins, and serve.
