Ingredients

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2  cup
  • Fried onion 1 medium
  • Ginger garlic green chilli paste 1 tbsp.
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Whole spice powder (garm masala) 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin& coriander 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek (kasuri methi) 1/2   tsp
  • Green chilli 2-3

Directions

1Marination  In 1 kg mince add Yogurt 1 cup, Ginger garlic green chilli paste 1 tbsp, Fried onion 1 medium, Salt 1 tsp, Red chilli powder 1tsp, Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp, Whole spice powder (garm masala) 1/2 tsp, Cumin& coriander 1 tsp, mix well and marinate for 30 mins.

In a pan add Oil 1/2  cup marinated mince cover and cook  on low flame for 25-30mins or until mince is done then cook on high flame for 6-8 mins.  Then add fenugreek( kasuri methi ), green chillies, fresh coriander, give coal smoke for 2-3mins, and serve.
