Ingredients
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic 1tsp
- Redchilli powder ½ tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Vinegar 1tsp
- Chilli sauce 1tsp
- Soya sauce 1tsp
- Maida(all-purpose flour) 2tbsp
- Corn flour 2tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Bread crumbs as required
Directions
1In a Boneless fish ½ kg add Ginger garlic 1tsp, Salt ½ tsp,Redchilli powder ½ tsp,Chilli flakes ½ tsp,Vinegar 1tsp,Chilli sauce 1tsp,Soya sauce 1tsp,Maida(all-purpose flour) 2tbsp,Corn flour 2tbsp mix well let it marinate for 30mins.
2coat fish with bread crumbs heat oil and fry fish for 5 mins on medium flame until done.
