Ingredients
- Rice 400gm(soaked and boiled)
- Gur(jiggery)350 gm
- Milk 1 cup
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Almonds
- Coconut
- Cardamom 3-4
Directions
in a pan add Ghee 4 tbsp, Cardamom 3-4 saute,add Almonds,Coconut cook for 2 mins add Gur(jiggery)350 gm, Milk 1 cup mix well and cook until it melts add Rice 400gm(boiled) and cook until it driesup.cover and steam cook on low flame for 15 mins,ready to serve.
