Ingredients
- Milk 1 1/2 liter
- Mango custard 4 tbsp
- Condensed milk 6 tbsp
- Mango jelly 2 packet
- Water 1 cup
- Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Mango puree 1 cup
- Cream 100ml
- Mango chunks as required
Directions
1In a pan add 1 ½ liter milk let it boil then add Condensed milk 6 tbsp dissolve 4tbsp mango custard in 1/4 cup milk and mix well gradually add dissolved cutard and mix continuously until thickens. let it cool.
2In a pan add 1 cup water let it boil then add 1 packet mango jelly mix pour it in a serving bowl and set aside.
3In a bowl add 1 cup mango puree,1 packet mango jelly, dissolved gelatin, and 100ml cream blend all the ingredients in blended mixture add prepared custard.

Assembling In a bowl add prepared mixture then add mango chunks cover and refrigerate it for 2-3hrs
