Ingredients

  • Beef boneless 1/2kg
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Redchilli powder 1tsp
  • Dhania powder 1tsp
  • Zeera powder 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Meat tenderizer 1tsp
  • Chaat masala 1tsp
  • Green chillies 1
  • Yogurt 1/2cup
  • Onion 1(fried)
  • Whole spice(garm masala)
  • Oil 3tbsp
  • Coal

Directions

In Beef boneless 1/2kg add Salt 1tsp,Redchilli powder 1tsp,Dhania powder 1tsp,Zeera powder 1tsp,Ginger garlic paste 1tsp,Meat tenderizer 1tsp,Chaat masala 1tsp,Green chillies 1,Yogurt 1/2cup,Onion 1(fried),Whole spice(garm masala),Oil 3tbsp mix well let it marinate for 2hours.in a pan add marinated beef cover and cook on low flame for 40mins or  until done.give coal smoke for 2mins.ready to serve
