- Masoor daal 1cup
- Chana daal ½ cup
- Mong daal ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes blended 2
- Ginger garlic 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Redchilli powder 1tsp
- Turmeric powder 1tsp
- Whole spice powder 1tsp
- Fenugreek 1 tsp
- Water 3 glass
- Fresh coriander
- Green chillies 2-3
Directions
In a pan add Oil ½ cup, Onion 1 fry until golden brown add Ginger garlic 1tsp saute for 2mins add Tomatoes blended 2, Salt 1tsp,Redchilli powder 1tsp,Turmeric powder 1tsp, cook for 15mins add Masoor daal 1cup, Chana daal ½ cup, Mong daal ½ cup Water 3 glass cover and cook on medium flame for 20 -25mins until done.add Whole spice powder 1tsp,Fenugreek 1 tsp, Fresh coriander ,Green chillies 2-3.ready to serve.
