Directions
1In a pan add Carrots 1kg,Sugar 1 ½ cup, Cardamom 3-4,Cloves 3-4,Water 1 glass mix cover and cook on low flame for 35-40 mins.until done and sugar syrup thicknes.ready to serve. Can be stored in a jar for up to 6-8 months.
