The murabba is made by cooking carrots or apples in a sugar syrup until the mixture thickens and the fruit becomes tender. Ingredients

  • Carrots 1kg
  • Sugar 1 ½ cup
  • Cardamom 3-4
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Water 1 glass
  • Apple murabba
  • Apple 1 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Cardamom 3-4
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Water 1 glass

Directions

1In a pan add  Carrots 1kg,Sugar 1 ½ cup, Cardamom 3-4,Cloves 3-4,Water 1 glass mix cover and cook on low flame for 35-40 mins.until done and sugar syrup thicknes.ready to serve. Can be stored in a jar for up to 6-8 months.
