Ingredients
- Baisan(gram flour) 1 cup
- Salt 1tsp
- Redchilli powder 1 tsp
- Chilli flakes 1tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Zeera powder 1tsp
- Palak(spinach)1 cup
- Onion 1
- Potato 1
- Fresh coriander ½ cup
- Green chillies 5-6
- Potato 1 sliced
- Water as required
- Oil for frying
Directions
1In a bowl add Baisan(gram flour) 1 cup, Salt 1tsp,Redchilli powder 1 tsp,Chilli flakes 1tsp,Chaat masala 1 tsp,zeera powder mix well add water and mix smooth batter is formed.divide into two parts.
2In a pan add oil Coat green chillies with batter and fry until golden brown and crispy.
3Coat potatoes with batter and fry until golden brown and crispy.

In half batter add Potato 1, Onion 1,Fresh coriander ½ cup, Palak(spinach)1 cup,green chillies mix well Fry mix pakora until golden brown and crispy. ready to serve.
