Doodh Swaiya” is a popular dessert made with vermicelli noodles cooked in milk and flavored with sugar, cream and nuts.They are perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth and can be enjoyed both warm or cold.
Ingredients
- Milk 1 ½ litre
- Swaiyan(vermicelli) 1 pack
- Sugar ½ cup
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Almonds
Directions
In a pan add Milk 1 ½ litre let it boil add Swaiyan(vermicelli) 1 pack(crush vermicelli with the help of hands) mix cook on low flame for 15-20mins add Sugar ½ cup mix well add Cream 4 tbsp mix.ready to serve.garnish with almonds.
