Shami kabab is a popular dish in Pakistani cuisine that consists of small, flat patties made from ground meat, lentils, and spices. - Beef mince 1kg
- Chanay daal 250gms
- Onion 1 medium
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick 1-2
- Black cardamom 1
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Redchilli powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Button redchillies 6-7
- Green chillies 3-4(Chopped)
- Fresh coriander ½ cup
- Whole spice masala 1 tsp
- Water 2 glass
- Eggs 2
- Oil 4tbsp
Directions
1In a pan add Beef mince 1kg, Chanay daal 250gms Onion 1 medium,Garlic 1 tbsp,Cinnamon stick 1-2,Black cardamom 1,Salt 1 tbsp,Redchilli powder 1 tbsp,Turmeric 1 tsp,Coriander seeds 1 tbsp, Cumin seeds 1 tbsp,Button redchillies 6-7 mix well add Water 2 glass cover and cook on low flam for 40mins.cook until water dries.add Whole spice masala 1 tsp, Fresh coriander ½ cup, Green chillies 3-4(Chopped) grind all ingredients.add egg in mince mixture and mixwell.after grinding make kababs with your hands.

In a pan add Oil 4tbsp coat kebabs with egg and fry kababs.ready to serve.
