  • Beef mince 1kg
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Bread crumbs 2tbsp
  • Kabab masala 2 tbsp
  • Cornflour 2tbsp
  • Whole spice powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Onion 2 (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic 1tsp
  • 0il as required

Gravy ingredients

  • Onion 2 (fried and blended)
  • Tomato 3 (blended)
  • Ginger garlic 1tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Redchilli powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 1tsp
  • Fresh coriander
  • Green chillies
  • coal

Directions

1In beef mince 1kg add Salt 1tsp,Redchilli powder 1tsp,Turmeric powder 1tsp,Coriander powder 1tsp,Bread crumbs 2tbsp,Kabab masala 2 tbsp,Cornflour 2tbsp,Whole spice powder 1 tsp,Egg 1 ,Onion 2 (chopped),Ginger garlic 1tsp mix well grease your hands take mixture and make kabab of equal size.In a pan add oil fry kabab until done set aside.

In a pan add Oil ¼ cup, Ginger garlic 1tsp saute Onion 2 (fried and blended), Slat 1tsp,Redchilli powder 1tsp,Turmeric powder 1/2tsp,Coriander powder 1tsp mix Tomato 3 (blended) cook for 20mins until oil separates add prepared kabab add lemon juice , Fresh coriander ,Green chillies,give coal smoke for 2mins.ready to serve.
