This aromatic and flavorful dish is a perfect one-pot meal that combines fragrant basmati rice with a medley of colorful vegetables and a blend of aromatic spices.

Ingredients

  • Rice 1/2kg
  • Carrot 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Potato 1(fried)
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2(blended)
  • Ginger garlic 1tsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Water 3 glass
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Redchilli powder 1tsp

Directions

In a pan add Ghee 3 tbsp, Onion 1 fry until golden brown add Ginger garlic 1tsp, Tomato 2(blended) add Salt 1 tbsp,Redchilli powder 1tsp cook until oil separates add Carrot 1,Capsicum 1,Potato 1(fried) add Water 3 glass let it boil add Rice 1/2kg cook until water reduce to half then cover and steam cook on low flame for 15 mins.ready to serve.
