Ingredients

  • Chicken 1kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • 2 medium onion(fried and blended)
  • 3 medium  blended tomatoes
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Redchilli powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilllies 3-4
  • Whole spice powder(garm masala) 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek(kasuri methi) 1 tsp

Directions

In a pan add 1 cup oil, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp Saute add Chicken 1kg cook until changes color add 2 medium onion(fried and blended), Salt 1 tsp,Redchilli powder 1 tsp,Turmeric powder 1 tsp,Coriander powder 1 tsp mix,add 3 medium  blended tomatoes mix well cover and cook on medium flame for 20-25 mins or until done.then add Yogurt 1 cup cook on high flame until oil separates add Whole spice powder(garm masala) 1 tsp, Coriander powder 1 tsp,Fenugreek(kasuri methi) 1 tsp. cover and let it cook on low flame for 5 mins.ready to serve.
